Submit a 250–350 word outline detailing the clinical prescription, overall treatment plan, material selection rationale, or any other important aspect you want to focus on.
Submit 3–5 photographs. If you already document restorations for your lab portfolio, website, or social media feeds, you can bring those exact photos across under strict UK GDPR anonymisation standards.
